I grew up in church in Kokomo, IN. I went to church a couple times every week. I left the church when I got older because the very type of people that Jesus spoke out against are the ones that murdered HIM and are the very same ones that profess to be the holders of the light of Jesus in America while they directly violate everything he was about. They are the anti-christs warned about in the bible. Confusing people so that they think they must choose to be on the side of this church or that instead of leaving those churches for good and reading the words of Jesus for themselves.

Jesus wouldn't vote Republican. Jesus cared for other people too much. Jesus told the rich to get into heaven they must let go of their wealth. Republicans refuse to let go. They want MORE. Even while people suffer. If the Republicans are forced to see the suffering then they blame the ones suffering. They do not do what Jesus would do and sell their 2nd or 3rd vacation home and buy 3 or 4 regular houses for the poor. They just say the poor didn't earn it. What did Jesus charge for his help? Did he demand the poor EARN it? Did he LOAN them help? No body EARNS anything. Just because you get lucky and are born in the right place/time doesn't give you the right to think you earned what you have. Trade places with a black man born poor. Very few of you would make it out...

Jesus said to turn the other cheek. Zen says to cast them out from the community so as not to corrupt the whole of the community.

Things are not that simple ...especially in the world of today. Can you turn the other cheek when dealing with Saudi and Pakistani terrorists? Nazis? Fundamental Christians? You would lose both cheeks. Can you cast them out from the community? Cast them out to where? The world is too small for that now.

A two pronged approach is needed. One is the understanding that the way of Jesus is always needed. If you stop having respect for your fellow man then you will join evil not stop it. So how to apply Jesus without being killed by the killers? Easy. Make everyone in the world but the killers respect you like Jesus said to do. Make them believe ALL MEN ARE CREATED EQUAL. ARE YOU YOUR BROTHERS KEEPER? But how? By example of coarse. America has done this off and on for 200 years. If we stand up for what is right EVEN WHEN WE ARE THE ONES THAT ARE WRONG then the people around the world that are not killers will see this and respect it. That in and of itself will destroy evil in the long run.

But what about in the mean time? The killers will not stand idle while we show the world that Freedom and respect for all men as equals leads to happiness and fairness. That is where the second prong comes in. Nothing stops a killer like killing them. That part the Bushites in America understand. What they dont understand is that doesnt mean you can do what ever you want to whoever you want because you are America. That defeats the first prong. That is NOT WWJD. Critical thinking and applying RIGHT/WRONG to OUR OWN actions will show us who to kill and why. This is why Iraq violates the spirit of what Jesus was telling us and thus hinders our ability to stop evil. When we are honest people know it. If we admited the truth despite the great loss to the relationships that are so valued by the Bushites and their oil baron friends with the Saudis and Israelis the world would have no reason to be in uproar. I would not be here writing this today. We all know in our hearts the Saudis are who we should have fingered after 911. We all know that Pakistan is our greatist threat as far as WMD are concerned. Pakistans highest nuclear scientist (looked apon as a hero by his fellow Pakistanis) was giving nuke technology to all the wrong people. Can a single man do this all on his own? Of caorse not. No man can carry tons and tons of equipment around the globe by himself. We should have attacked the correct people. We are now going on about Iran while North Korea prepares. We are NOT being truthful to ourselves and the world and half of America can see that.

When the red coats were our biggest enemies did we attack the French? During WWII when we said we were determined to see the European colonies around the world be turned back over to the people that live in those countries after the war we were correct in wanting such a thing. That was the American way after all correct? All these years later though does the world have good reason to see us as the heros that freed the world of European colonization? Well after we helped the Zionists colonize Palastine and after we replaced the French colonization of Vietnam with American colonization should they see us as a truthful people that honors their word? These examples are simple yet evil people twist history to make those too ignorant to look up history for themselves believe that America has done no wrong. When we finally accept responsibilty, honor our word, and act on our own principles even if we dont directly financially benefit then the world can trust us again... and our boastful pride will be well deserved. Why be fake heroes when we can be the real deal?

Who would have pointed a finger of scorn at us if we attacked Saudi Arabia after Osama (Saudi) and 15 of the 911 terrorsits were Saudis and Saudi clerics were preaching praise for the attack on America??? Who would have called us facists for disarming Pakistan because of its support of Al qaeda and the proliferation of WMDs by its science community and its military to the likes of Iran, Libya, and North Korea? We would have been justified for these actions. We would have been on the side of righteousness. Instead we look like scheming evil bastards that seemed to take too much advantage of the 911 situation to accomplish goals that had nothing to do with justice or even revenge, but instead the $$$ profit of Americas oil barons/military equipment barons and the gain of power that any wanna be KING covets. Our actions made possible all the speculation that our leaders may have even conspired with rightwing Israelis (remember all the Israeli spies that the FBI rounded up in the days after 911?) to help Osama accomplish his goal. All this because we refuse to be truthful to ourselves and our fellow men?

We dont have to be pussies and get ourselves killed and likewise we dont have to become the very evil that America has fought against from its birth. Where are the so called Christians in all this? WWJD? Jesus would sacrifice it ALL for TRUTH. He went to his death because he refused to lie to save his own life. That is what took him from being a man to being a near GOD. That type of sacrifice is rare...even among his so called followers. Why are the christians not calling for a world wide TRUTH day? Something like what South Africa did after apartheid fell? America admits what it has done wrong first and challenges all to follow suit...and those that dont... get a finger of condemnation cast upon them and the justified punishment that should then follow. If we let evil to continue to hide in the shadows it will only grow ..like a lie always does. Shining the light of TRUTH on the lies may hurt at first but it will destroy the evil growing inside. If we admit it was wrong to use our spies to overthrow the governement of Iran when Iran had not attacked America. And Iran still continues its death to America stance instead of admiting it has gone too far in its support for terrorism THEN we make Iran pay. If we admit that we helped Korean generals and dictators wrongly kill many people in Korea after WWII for being 'communist sympathizers' and the fomenting of a civil war because of OUR fears of the communists...  and STILL Kim-Jung-Il spouts his 'America is out to get us' crap THEN we make him pay. But if we keep playing this game that we are victims that have done NO wrong then we are just liers that are scheming against Iran and N. Korea. Be honest first and then our actions can be true.

I believe that Jesus was. [I do not have faith that he existed. I do not have faith in anything. I mean 'believe' in just a general way. Instead of saying 'what I know to be fact from the information that I have at hand'...much shorter to just say believe.] And I have felt inside me a great understanding when I read the parables he spoke. So much so that I remember trembling and having tears streaming down my face ...felt like there I could see a TRUTH that was not to be questioned and it was beautiful beyond the LIMITS of the human beings ...being... like it was so profound that my pitiful worries and questions seemed silly.     X-Rayed. That gave release and freedom. Easy to stand tall. After all ...next to that having to get up and go to school or see my parents fight was nothing. But as I grew up I then also saw a clear DIFFERENCE between this TRUTH and this thing or that thing in the world around me. JUDGEMENTAL? And I saw a difference between myself and that TRUTH. And I saw the diffence from myself and the things in the world around me... That TRUTH is RIGHT/WRONG.

The 10 commandments seem so obvious. People that never even read the 10 commandments know them pretty well. But from Rome to Nazi Germany it is easy to see that people can break any of these things legally. How? THINK about it. No fast answers. Stop. THINK about it. They are able to say they get to break this rule or that BECAUSE ... 1) Our GOD is greater than their god. 2) Our BLOOD is greater than their blood. 3) Our CLASS is greater than their class... Without something more the 10 commandments doesn't protect large groups of people from each other. They can always say the 10 commandments means THEIR kind not the other guys. Spain could wholesale slaughter the peoples of the Americas for gold by using the excuse of one or more of the 3 choices above. Same goes for Nazis and Romans and hell while we are at it why not America with the peoples of the North Americas... ARE WE OUR BROTHERS KEEPERS??? [anger is a pointer to a deeper threat that is close to home inside you. guilt maybe? fear of the TRUTH possibly?] Jesus tried to get us to see the TRUTH...

His parables presented scenarios that help you sharply divide what is selfish vs. selfless. I scoff at people who say selflessness is a lofty ideal. It is nothing of the sort. It is as easy as easy gets. And it is required to be aligned with what Jesus himself saw and was trying to get all us fools to see. Respect for others comes from selflessness. Love comes from selflessness. BEING YOUR BROTHERS KEEPER requires selflessness. GUILT comes from selflessness. FREEDOM comes from selflessness. COMPROMISE comes from selflessness. GOD comes from selflessness. It is as easy as easy gets. Why then do so few people practice it? [What kind of long haired pot smoking hippy would spout such a thing? Why JESUS himself! and Buddha, Ghandi, etc.]

Jesus showed how you can go beyond the 10 commandments and apply its intentions on a day to day basis without accidentally breaking one of them. After all if you hold the scales of truth and justice up against all your actions you can hardly ever 'accidentally' break one of the commandments... now can you? So thats it. WWJD? aka WHAT IS RIGHT AND WHAT IS WRONG? It is said cheaply [like a WWJD bunper sticker], used but hardly ever actually contemplated. It is used as a slogan. That is NOT holding the scales of truth and justice up against your actions. That is covering your ass while you do as you damn well please. All you are doing is pissing on Jesus. Go get a different religion.

So now then... What WOULD Jesus do???...

1) Would he lie to his fellow men and attack a country that had not attacked us and could not attack us... resulting in the deaths of 10s of thousands of innocence?

2) Would he move to a hill top in Israel and shoot at and and destroy the fruit of the land of his neighbor Arabs until they left and lived else where?

3) Would he enslave a black man?

4) Would he fly a plane full of people into a building to prove a political point?

5) Would he steal power from all others to get his own way?

6) Would he launch a nuclear war?

7) Would he let a health industry profit while there are still people not being equally treated?

We are all nothing and thats all there is ...

Nothing? How can that be? We can SEE each other. Thats something...

Yes, yes it is SOMETHING. That is not the something I refer to. I refer to the nothing that people dream up from ignorance as children and then later either insanity or the choice to live a 'reality show' ...

Jocks and wannabe Jocks. Cheerleaders and wannabe cheerleaders. Worshipers of a plastic Jesus. or a Plastic Elvis. or a Plastic Billy Corgan. Choose your poison. Their all the same. There is sooo much of it and they all act sincere or insanely truly are sincere, that those of us that never lost our minds and felt embarrassed acting in a show that no one was watching sometimes feel doubt about what is right here in front of our faces. But alas there is no need for doubt. In the end the insane die insane...and happy in their ignorance. The actors die miserable and bitter... the dream is over ...The-the-the-the-the-that's all folks. And then there is the rest of us. We die in silence. What is to be said. There was no purpose there just was existence.

Ever argue with a person that is a master of refusing reality? Ever been left standing their with your mouth hanging open in disbelief that a grown adult could say some of the crazy things they do with a straight face? From women that never grew up to so call 'christians' that can talk of the sanctity of life one day and then shrug at the outright murder of innocence at the hands of their fellow country men the next, it is sooo easy to lose all caring and all belief in something special about humanity. But if this universe really is what is right here in front of us then there is NOTHING special about humanity ...is there?

What is special? Does it mean something that is not part of this world and its rules of physics? Religious people like to think so. That just isnt possible however. The laws of physics cannot be bent or corrupted. They are nothing more than a measurement of what IS. Special CAN be however an occurance that is realitivly rare or even up to that point in time unique. That works within the laws of physics. There is something special about humanity and that thing is rare, if not unique up to this time. What is this specialness?...

Lately I have been calling it the Jesus effect. I could equally have called it the Buddha effect or the Ghandi effect. In this point in time I have been doing alot of debating with christians and fellow citizens and calling it the Jesus effect because it makes it more understandible for them. There are many less loufty ways of describing it. i.e. Shit happens. What comes around goes around. Selflessness. It is easy being greedy in all its various flavors. But it takes something more than what came in the chain of life before human beings. It takes a greater degree of control of the mind to let go of the internal drive to get get get and instead give give give ...just because .... just because shit happens.... not to try to take take take when you get injured and suffer loss when no one was actively trying to hurt you ...instead of realizing ...shit just happens. Suck it up. Take it and move on. And then go right back to give give give....

But this is unnatural and even stupid isnt it? Unnatural maybe. Or maybe it is the next step nature wants to take ...if we last that long. Stupid? No way. When you give ...you give something you could of had. But this is only priming the pump. When enough people give then all receive. Statistically it will come back to you. And when you allow that engine to begin to run the value coming from it will fractaly increase and a 'bubble' of safety and happiness and worth will be created... this is often the type of thing that life itself would create... a bubble or shell or cell membrane ... a collective that is an existing entity in and of itself and we are all part of it... and benefit from it. America itself has become an example of this. But the greedy are trying to take more than their share in this system and the membrane is coming under great stress. And when it bursts will the greedy stay here with us helping us to rebuild the membrane of the cell ...of this life we have created? ... no ...  they will move to China to start once again... keeping all they took from the old home land and continue their profiteering on the backs of another people trying to build their own oasis in this world of heartless physics...

To the 'super stars' living in their own little show.. WAKE UP... Jesus is NOT a WWJD bumper sticker. Happiness through greed is a never ending needle full of a drug youll never break free from. And it will destroy many more lives than your own. To the insane. Well there is nothing that can be said to them any more than you can talk a dog out of sniffing the ass of his fellows. And to the rest of us? Jesus and Buddha and America was made for the likes of us. It is our attempt to create that bubble ...get the engine primed and pumping. Never let go. And continue on ...just because... we dont need to see the end of the tunnel to travel into the future. It is there and we know it.
